Yes, the standard house cleaning does include the kitchen. IF you want our cleaners to do the dishes, that is an extra charge.
The length of time is determined by the individual job. However, we do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Laundry is not included. However, that is an additional charge that can be purchased.
We do not have hidden fees. All services are paid upfront. However, if our cleaners determine that the house or business condition is beyond what the paid service entails you will receive a phone call to communicate the issues at hand.
